This a scam "debt collector" See the notes on 708-983-7990.
This number (along with others) is calling a prepaid cell phone. This number finally left a voice message saying it was for (not even a real name, just some letters & numbers). Directing me to call 708 983 7990 to give my input. They gave a file number too LOL. Evil people - I hate it when they are using my prepaid minutes. I only have that phone for emergencies. And only 1 trusted person knows the number.
OK, this number 210-503-0237 a San Antonio, Tx exchange called my 80yr old Dad on his cell phone, it was an automated message advising that they were going to take legal action against him, then called him by my name, & gave him this number 708-983-7990 in Illinois, to call & settle this action. Scared out of his witz, my dad calls me crying asking what did I due. He gave me the numbers & I called my partner at the Federal Government office in Austin, he did a quick check on the number, & informed me, not to worry, it's a front company operating a scam to get people too believe they've done something wrong. Tell your dad, it's okay, not too worry.
I recieved a call from these same dirtbags a few days back. I played along and told them that the person who was working my issue was named Mike Hunt and I asked the guy he had (heavy irndia accent). He put me on hold for about 30 seconds and then told me that they do not have a record of a Mike Hunt. i said Ok the other guy who was helping me was called uh...Harry Beavers and there was a Dick Jerkins who also was working my claim.I said if you can have Mike Hunt and Harry Beavers or Dick Jerkins call me back I can give you more info. I had them on speaker phone and our shop was laughing so hard that the idiot finally caught on and hung up These Morons have not called back so far.
These people are calling my parents, my daughter and telling them that they are filing against me and that I will be summoned to court. First, this is a breach of my privacy. Next, they never leave a message for me, only call and hang up. I called today and spoke with them, They said I have a payday loan from 8+ years ago but can't tell me the name of where it is from, Says that if I pay the $500+ then I won't be sued for $1600+ and have to go to court. They have my OLD bank institution name, a VERY OLD email address but can't tell me where the payday loan originated?!?
I asked them to send me info via mail bc I didn't open the account and am told they can't do that. They wanted my credit card info for "a small payment of $25 or $50" so that they didn't file against me. I am tired of them harassing my parents and family members, but didn't take this out and will not pay!!
