Call came in on my Windows 10 Mobile at 1:59P CDT, there was no Caller Name info. Since the number was previously blocked my mobile didn't ring. They left a voicemail that only had office background sounds, but no message. I have received calls intermittently since Feb 17. I blocked the number Feb 27th when they called a 2nd time and left no voicemail, only office background noise. I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or appear suspicious. Since they never leave a voicemail, there is no way to identify who they are so they got blocked.
