this call was from a pass bill over 15 yrs. ago she was very rude... I was nice at first however she got rude with me... just say it did not end well... for here....
These people have been calling and calling, but I miss the calls. I called back and they were talking about sueing me. I spit out some info about the fair debt collections act, telling her they were harassing me, to be told they were not a debt collector. I demanded they send info on my supposed legal charges and proof of my supposed breech of contract/fraud. The lady said they would subpoena me and hung up. What a crock!
I just got a call from these people too, but in my case it was for an old girlfriend who I know for a fact they will never collect from because she passed away 15 years ago. But when I came here to look up the number and or report it, something occurred to me. Has anyone else noticed that all of these calls that have been reported here have been in the same 10 day time frame? My bet is that it's yet another spam caller who bought a list of old debts from someone and never bothered to check and see if those debts were legit, had been paid or were even possible to collect.
