This number calls several times every day and never leaves a msg.  The caller ID says "Health Insur Info"  and they use several other numbers also.  If you answer there is no one on the line so you know it is a "BS"  call.  Wish "Do Not Call" worked.  The govt can trace an animal with a disease but can't stop these random calls ?????
