Answered this time after 6 earlier calls to see who is so persistent in annoying people. Person who answered was hard to understand, but I believe I heard Solar City when I asked for the company name. I am on the DNC list, so I conclude that this company does not believe in good business practices.
Called once yesterday and 5 times today; so far.
I didn't answer and no message left.
I may answer next time as no one reported what this new-number-in-town is up to.
Have called 5 times today. Answered twice. One empty line, one heavily accented Indian or [***] trying to sell solar stuff. I am 77 y/o. Asked if they thought I would see the break even point. They hung up. My call blocker worked well on the remaining 3 calls.
