Caller identified himself at "Tim from customer service." He immediately launched into a spiel about a "free" cruise from Fort Lauderdale to "exotic destinations." I asked him what company he worked for, and he replied, "Client Services International," then immediately returned to his spiel asking me if we were at least 28 years old. I asked him where his company was located, whereupon he said, "Sorry you're not interested" and hung up. When I dialed back, I got a recording with the same person's voice announcing, "We're sorry, but our survey is over. If you would like to be taken off our call list, press 1." I hung up. This is obviously a scam.
