Who called from 2105375959

It is a collection agency for American Express.

This number is calling members of my family that I don't even talk to never lived with or ever used their phone numbers!  What gives them the right?

This number is from a collection agency called, GC Services.  They collect debts for American Express.

They are obviously VERY desperate to find the relative and are digging back into years of contact info. They called me about my X  --- I may live to see justice delivered after all! ;-)
