there was not message or communication.  answered call and no one on other end.

Call back gets, "Thank you for calling back.  Press 1 to be removed from our list. Press 2 to be connected to an operator."  I pressed 2 and got "we're sorry the users mailbox is full."  Let's see, hiding their identity, no indication of name or company on recorded message, and mailbox is full.  It all spells SCAM.  Block it.  Forget it.

This number calls even thought its been blocked.  They don't say anything and never remove from list .  urgh

Texas Caller on I.D. and it was a foreign female voice, inquiring about a diabetic meter and strips, and I said I'm not a diabetic.  She then hung up, and I blocked this number.   Apparently, it's another scam.
