When I call them I wait 29 minutes on hold. 1st yellow flag. 2nd being the thick accent. 3rd being a search on the phone number as we spoke. It's an exchange in San Antonio, TX but originates from India.
I kept him on and well over an hour and made notes, and went through the procedures. Looog story shortened, they are "selling" a clean up and antivirus program called "Supremo" the same way insurance men used to sell their product. With fear.
They just called back today (I didn't answer) and found this site as I was researching this #.

I disabled all "remote" capabilities, scanned and removed the nastys they put there weeks ago (from some other site I visited, oops) and my laptop has never run better. All scans come up clean. Now. I was having the same 436 items quaranteed daily using malwarebytes products. DAILY. It was from them and that had to be reinstalled as well. All is well for the last 10 days....still counting..
Received call from this number, unknown to me from San Antonio, TX. I live in Ohio. Sounded like a pharmacy scam. I called back the number and a gentleman answered, "Hello, ...(unintelligible)... Pharmacy. How may I help you?

Ugh, US Pharmacy again. As usual the telemarketer had a strong Indian accent, asked for me by last name, and they don't pay any attention to do not call requests. I'm getting so tired of these people and they keep switching numbers so I can't keep them blocked.

I get many calls from these East Indian type of drug scammers.
The best thing to do is to call the United States ( DEA ) Drug Enforcement Agency and report if these people are trying to sell you illegal drugs. I have been told by these ( not from this particular number ) that they can get me " Anything " I wanted, when I asked exactly what they can get me, they said " Anything " I suggested if they could get controlled substances... the caller said we can get you " Anything "
