Got a call on my cell phone at 2: PM. Didn't recognize the caller's number so I didn't answer. Rang four times and caller hung up. No message to me means the caller gets blocked.

Just received a call from this number at 3:40PM EST. Answered phone, no one replied, and then it disconnected. Moved to automatic block list. Call was from San Antonio, Texas.
I answered call. Female voice on recording saying my credit card available for increase limit or decreased rate or something like that. Today is the final day, hurry, this is your last notice,... blah blah blah. All generic "your credit card" language. Total scam. Block call.
