I am also on the Texas and National Do Not Call List and received this phone call. Nothing came up on the caller ID and they did not leave a message. I later called the number and got a recording saying, Please hold while we transfer you to the next available AGENT. We are currently experience a high call volume....." The recording didn't say who they were. I have a Blackberry and am unable to block the call. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time.
After I informed the caller that I am on the Texas and the national DO NOT CALL list, the smart [***] said, "I don't give a f__k, I'm not in Texas and hung up. REPORT this number to the public utilities commission!!
