Caller claiming to be from Microsoft 'Echo Support Team' that has identified malware on my computer & wants to help me get rid of it.  Hung up.

got a call from "James"  who sounded like he was from India but in fact said he was with  Echo Tech Support in Houston, Texas and same thing, my computer had a virus and sending spam out.  It's fake, ignore it!

No, you all are wrong,Echo Tech support is not a scam.they really helped me to fix my computer.
i got a call from frank edward ,he was really a helpfull guy,they are very good tech support
