They called stating that I had defaulted in a pay day loan form 2013 which I have NEVER taken out

Same thing here - Same year too. Something up. I'm calling them from a private number and reporting them to the FCC.

same here.  They said I did not pay back a $500 debt from March 2012.  They grab some facts and make it seem real.  total BS.  I talked to a manager and he said they would call everyday until was resolved.  total jerk.

Same here -- these people need to be stopped.

TACS claims saying I took out a loan. I asked them to send me proof, or to fax it to my local sheriff department so I can receive it, of course they can't do that. I blocked the number. Good luck scammers.
