Keep calling me have no idea why is it a scam

called a relative of mine claiming to be looking for me re: debt  I am not hiding nor do I owe anyone and they called a private number of the person that I have never shared with anyone. I called the number back and they HUNG up on me when I asked who they were

Yes, most likely it is.  Ignore and block the calls.

Called claiming I had two loans , one with CPI LLC and the other with Lazer Lending.  Both in 2013, paid to a bank account that has been closed for some 16+ years.  Address was old also.  I didn't and don't do on-line payday loans.  This is a scam

Yes it is.  Total scam.  Lazer Lending is often used as a zombie or
phantom creditor by the debt scammers.  Ignore and block
these calls.
