These people are a complete scam. they something about BMG and all this other bull crap. This guy is loud and obnoxious too and he yells a lot. Called me saying that he could send me something but nothing came.

I got a call from a private number from an Angela Stone saying that she is an independent process server out of Miami. She says they need my current address or place of employment so that I can be served papers between 9-12pm on Wednesday. She also states that I will need 2 forms of id and an agreement that I will appear in court in Miami. If I need to change the time to call (210)571-1315. another person called my job from that number and gave a different name. We tried to call that number and they wouldn't tell us what company they were representing. We talked to a different person and he said they needed the telephone number that the call was made to. Don't they already have that info and wouldn't they send something in the mail? Numerous calls from different numbers with the same scare tactics.

Received phone calls from 210-571-1315 saying they are debt collectors from M & A Associates. They wanted to collect a cash advance debt from 2007. They said the money needed to be collected immediately or the case would go to court and I will face criminal charges. They said I could pay $400 in full, or $700 collected in $100 increments. I asked for a letter with information about the account and was told it would be sent by e-mail. I received an e-mail from [email protected] with the fakest leader head I have ever seen. During this time got a call from 202-642-2861 saying the same thing but he wanted money through Western Union. After a call back to the 210 number I was told that was a scam and to not send them any money.  Sure enough the next day I call the 210 number and the same guy from the 202 number answered (very recognizable accent). When I began to call them out on their B.S. I was told that 2 police officers from my local agency are dispatched to my house now to arrest me for non-payment.

Please don't fall for these idiots scam. Hope this helps someone form becoming a victim.

Got the exact same called but let my voice mail pick it up...said my last legal notice and a would receive a summons between 4-5 the next day but then corrected it saying no it would be today...which was Friday...today is Sunday...do I need to worry..they're from Texas and I live in Pa...
