Constantly, I mean constantly getting calls on my cell phone from the people several times a day, every day of the week. How do I get rid of them?

when is this government going to start looking out for us chumps and stop supporting these criminal credit card companies allowing them to harass us..yeah I owe them money but since I am a realtor and since Chase put the real estate market in the toilet, I am nearly broke..I cannot pay them what I do not have..they would not work with me and sent the SHERRIFF to my office with a summons suing me..put me in jail, [***]..that still wont get you paid

I started getting these Phone Calls a few days ago.  The thing is I settled the debt with Chase.

Chase cannot have you arrested. There are no debtors prisons. File BK and tell the to suck you balls.
