This is a scam, no one has my phone number. I disconnected my previous number, and reactivated it privately, and leave it unplugged until I use it for outbound calling. No one knows my phone number, except the telephone carrier. So, anyone calling this new telephone number is either a predator/criminal/scammer and/or unsolicited collector of personal information/money (charity, etc.).

No one knows you are associated with your phone number except the telephone carrier.
But that does not stop people from dialing the number in error (fumblefingers) or intentionally (the scammers and stupid telemarketers). It's just a number.
