This number was listed on an illegal hand-written bandit sign stapled to a fence post in Spring Branch, TX. Google search shows the company as "Titan Factory Direct", with someone named Jason Grace, General Manager, as the POC. His previous employer was Palm Harbor Homes, which pulls the same bandit sign crap; but he was only employed there for a measily 2 months! Needless to say, I pulled the sign down. Any more signs that I come across will suffer the same fate. Advertise your manufactured homes the legal way!
