I recieved a call 40min. ago, wanting to know if I wanted a loan. I told the person, whom I could hardly understand, I was not interested. He started cussing me, My wife was beside me and asked for the phone as I could not understand his english. She told him we were not interested. He told her well [***] you,you [***]. He said "I want to f*** you in the pu****". My wife then handed the phone back to me, and he repeated the same thing. Laughing. My wife has kidney disease, she does not need this. I'd like to find the name of this company if possible so I can contact them. This guy is also using Michael Brown in his sentences to get ones attention. We live in Kansas, I'm certain there are laws against this. If you can contact me, it would be appreciated at 620~687~4390.
Just rec. call from this number telling me that they worked for the IRS and that I owed $2,000 in back taxes. I told them they were full of it and hung up. They called be back four times telling me that they were calling from the main office in Washington DC. I informed them they were being recorded and that I work for the government. They hung up and that was a wrap. They were Korean
A Mentally disabled friend of mine received several phone calls from this number. The caller told her that his name was David Hoffman & that he was a federal investigator with the IRS & that she owed $$$ to them. He stated that he would come to her house and arrest her if she didn't pay the money within 48 hours. I called him back. He answered immediately with IRS. He didn't sound like a native USA English speaker. I asked for David Hoffman. He said he was David. I asked for how much she owed & how to send it. He told me that he felt sorry for her & wants her to come live with him. I said she was very upset & that I was trying to help her & to give me the address of where he was located. He provided the address for filing your tax return for Austin, TX (same area code.) Based upon these facts & his mannerisms, there's no doubt in my mind that this was not legitimate.
