calls multiple times claiming we owe a loan (which is false). threatening to take legal action if not paid. demanded money immediately. Told them to sue us and still continues to call.
They are doing the same thing....even have the last 4 of my social and relatives names but I never took out a loan or had a bank account with the bank they said I did
Stated we took out a loan and we were thieves and a criminal since we stopped payment. No indication of such a loan. Threatened to sue and i said go ahead. Still calling on a daily basis.
