Got a voice mail from Jacqueline Belcher, claiming she is from the fraud division. I got to thinking, what fraud division is she from? She never states anything except she is from the fraud division and has a case number. Demanding me to return her a call asap. If this was legit, she would leave a detailed message, of who, where and what this case is about. so many scams out there that sound so legit that it leaves you nervous and scared. I found her name on other sites claiming similar complaints like mine.
