Got a message from Rebecca with the Check Fraud Division. Asked me to call. So I called from a different number where the person who answered the phone was eating while talking. They answered the phone Litigation Services. I asked for their address and she asked me why. I told her I wanted to send a letter to them. She asked my name so I gave her my first name only. She asked for my phone number and when I wouldn't give it to her she said she was looking to Jasper something. And she hung up on me. Clearly a violation of the credit collections laws. I should say I called from a different number so they wouldn't know who it was calling.
She seemed irritated when I wouldn't give her any information.
I just received the same call from Rebecca, when I stated I'd have my attorney give them a call she said good luck and hung up. She also stated they represent over 300 companies but could not provide name of company I supposedly owed.
I received a call from Jamison, He said he was trying to help me and that I needed to pay 120 dollars today or a warrant would go out for me. He said he could stop it from happening
