That phone number seems to be a VOIP phone, using Level 3 Communications.
Fidelity Investments does not use VOIP phones.

Ouch.  You guys are tough, but that's okay, I have learned a lot from you!  This number rang again today, the caller was not as smooth and personable as last year.  She asked for someone who left 7 years ago to invite them to a complimentary webinar.  I took a message, she gave a call back number of (919) 458-2457.
