Sounds like a call center in India from all the background noise. As mentioned above, they keep asking information about my car and as soon as I tell them to take me off their list, they hang up. They have called me 7 times. Using a block from Verizon on their number, but they have multiple numbers. They also use 210-714-3539.
I received several calls past couple weeks. Could not understand person leaving messages! Sounds like from India. When I called back recording says office closed or they hang up.
Got like 2 calls in a row from this number, they didn't leave a message. So I called back literally 3 minutes after they called and the office was closed, to please call back during business hours 7-4 pacific time. Well I am Central time and it's only 2:45 here which means it's only 12:45 there....
