But more than likely a company seeking phones that are answered so they can sell it! I would think if it was any Fraternal group they would provide more information on the caller ID. After all, don't the police advice you to not answer unknown callers?
It isn't the FOP. It is a telemarketer pretending to collect for the FOP. They take 90+% of what they take in for "expenses" and give the rest to the FOP to keep it barely legal.
