I received a postcard in the mail that said "EWS....Sorry We missed you" and it gave this phone number to call. I searched on the company and found references for it in Arizona, too. It turns out that EWS is Eco Water Systems. They are trying to sell you a water softener system. The parcel they are giving is of free samples.
