I called this number back anonymously, they answered "AT&T". I used Google to search for a publicly official AT&T website to validate this phone number. This number isn't listed on any official AT&T web site, and I don't have AT&T services--this is a scam, or just another cover story used to collect active phone numbers to sell to telemarketers/predators on the open market.
