I got a phone call they said if I didn't give them 1700 I will be arrested for money they said I got a loan off the internet which I did not and they had part of my social, my bank name, however they threaten me with jail time.
I hope you did not send them anything. I like to keep calling them back. The number is on a switch so you can't trace them by number, but when you keep calling them back its one less person they can rip off.
FYI, law enforcement does not arrest for not paying payday loans, or any other debt for that matter. You can not be arrested for forfeiting on a loan. Ignore these morons, or keep the phone lines busy so others won't get ripped of, but DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO. I hope this helps all who find it.
