Why do you even bother with them? They are just a big waste of time. They "Spoof' their phone #'s as you can see, and they are nothing but crooked scammers who are just looking for a way to get Your money$$. If they can't get that, they will settle for "getting your goat". Call Centers can have huge number of callers and MANY #'s to call out on with robot-calling machines, or it could be just a few foreign, low-life, wanna-be's with a few phone #'s in a basement, someones garage, or maybe even a mud hut. Just hang-up on them and block their #'s as they call. Don't encourage them because they obviously have nothing better or more constructive to do.
Received a call from 513-245-4508 (Cincinnati) who told me I had a summons against me. I pressed one to talk (harrass) to an agent. I told this girl not to call me again and hung up. A minute later, I get a call from 210-762-6818 (San Antonio), same girl, and she yells in the phone "You are gonna be served in 48 hours" and hangs up. Whatever. Bring it.
