Yes, and left a message on machine. did not say my name or their company name. This is a scam for sure. Do not intend to call them back. Bunch of jerks!!!!!
Received a call from "Mr. Davenport" on 06/04/2014. He stated that he was representing Pre-Trial Services in San Antonio, Texas. The call regarded a pay day loan (which I am unaware of). I was very loudly and aggressively informed that a bench warrant for my arrest was being issued regarding this loan. However, I could not get any viable information from this individual. He accused me of knowing exactly what he was talking about and then hung up on me. I immediately called the phone number back that was listed on my CID, and again he began screaming and making accusations. Reverse number search does not show it to be a San Antonio number but it does show the number to be listed to a telemarketer (210-762-6839).
I continue to get calls from this number and I am tired of it. They want identify themselves I managed to get the word Legal out of this rude man. Very threatening!!!
They used the name Eric mcnair on me. It was a 440 area code. They did not state who they were calling for. They said they were pre trial intervention and used the stupid term like govern yourself accordingly. They are definitely scammers.
