I got a phone call today that there said. That I have outstanding balance of 783.14 that I was going to jail if I didn't pay this pay day loan. There gave me 3 options to do. I said to Sphenie was it on my credit report, she said that maybe. I check my credit report and there is nothing there from Jan 2012.
I received a phone call from 210-762-6856 telling me I have a payday loan I didn't pay for. I've never had a payday loan with the establishment they are talking about. They then have the nerve to tell me there would federal charges. Are they broke and want me to give them money. I think not
Same thing happened not even an hour ago. Received a call about a pay day loan i never received and that federal charge of defrauding a finicial insituite would be filed against me. Anyone who went through this know weather or not its a scam?? or am i in really in some sort of trouble the would result in a felony?
