Since I don't know who was calling me and since no name showed up on my caller ID...I don't answer calls of this nature! As far as telemarketers, they can call and call all they want and I still won't pick up calls of numbers I don't know or recognize! So whomever this is all I have to say is "OH WELL" you're outta luck chuck!
Second call in two days from two separate numbers with the same offer to reduce my electric bill in Pennsylvania. Problem is - aside from the tremendous annoyance of these call - I am not even a customer of Duquesne Light, the power company they are calling about.
I have been receiving calls from this number every day this week. No one says anything, and when I call back, it says they can not accept my call at this time...I have tried to call it back several times and the same recording comes on.
