I too have been getting 2-3 calls daily. I have answered the call and as soon as I say "Hello", the phone hangs up. Not too sure what to do. No messages have been left.
This not express news - this sounds like cell companies using this to use up minutes. Call your cell phone provider and start asking questions and start filing complaints. This cost all of us.
Just got a call from this number--"San Antonio Express News" and it sounded completely legit...she wanted my credit card number to extend my service...so glad I looked the number up and just told her I wasn't interested. SCARY.
Just got a call from express news. I knew it was bad when he had the wrong zip. He asked me for the right one. I told him I wasn't going to give it to him. I asked him how he got my number, and he gave me some sorry excuse. I pressed him and he hung up. I tried to text the number and it came back as an incomplete foreign number. I'm going to assume it was a Skype line. The number that called was: (214) 509-6254

In my limited experience this was a phishing attempt.
