Recorded message stating that she was from (unknown business name as recording started before voice mail picked up) "check fraud division". Telling me that I hor my retainad attorney to call her back at the same number and if neither contacted her then 8 should cover myself accordingly.
Tip #1: This call came from a house in an area not approved for business use.
Tip #2 if this were truly a legitimate business the correspondence would have been via 1st class or certified mail.
Tip#3: a "verbal notice" let alone a voice mail does not meet any legal notice criteria.
After looking this numb, spoko, and the Texas law enforcement numbersere is no match the number.
Tip #4
