It's Fraud! Don't fall for this scam. They call saying you are being sued by an old payday advance you owe money to. It's all a scam, don't give them your personal information or payment. It's a scam people! Hang up and call the police. I did! If you are really being sued they will send you official paper work not call you and threaten you! Ask them to give you the address of the firm they are calling from and google it along with the number and website. There is no website or address to match the firm they are calling from. It's all fraud!!!!!
