who is it i also received a call it rings two or three times then they hang up

They call, I answer and they hang up. I don't know if its a collecter or what but it annoys me.

They call but leave no message, but I telepathically send them positive thoughts anyway just in case their phone melts in their hand at 1000º Farenheit and burns the h**l out of their fingers so they can't dial anymore...
