Scammer trying to sell solar panels. Don't give them any information. When you pick up the phone their is silence, eventually the caller comes on the phone, probably the usual thing blasting multiple numbers until someone picks up.
now depending on when and where you call from , you get "I can save you money on your car insurance" or "IRS Investigations Department".. and on, they folks are just wrong, and need shut down.
