The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name.
