Caller named Abby (she sounded fat and like she was eating) left a message saying that I had an outstanding speeding ticket from Illinois.  I've never been to Illinois.  The call back number Abby left was for CCP at 217-717-4287.  Looking that number up on this website reveals it's a scam collection agency.  Just added two new numbers to my Block List!  Also, trying to find Abby on Facebook since I bet she makes a mean pasta!
