They call everyday and leave a message that is mostly automated stating there is pending litigation against me and to stay on the line for the next available representative.
This is a scam. Legitimate claims leave their name and company name with a phone number. They don't threaten to serve you with papers. They're not going to give you a heads up. They will just show up if it's actually real.
I am not sure how these people got my work phone number and my families number - but called saying to staying on the line to talk with someone about a pending legal case. Has to be a scam they call every few months telling me I took out some pay day loan on line (which I have never) and I am going to be sue- my wages taking away blah blah blah - I have reported to the FCE but they can't do anything because it is not a real business. This just sucks.
