Got a call from this number didn't answer it but called it rite back and got an recording saying that the survey has expired that called you idk whats going on but i think its a scam

Broken/poor quality email left with loosely translated message.I think they must have really liked the movie "Life of Pi" probably thought it would be funny to use the Bengal Tiger character name from this movie. Did love the movie but how gullible do they think we are? Get this call a lot. You would think at some point they would admit defeat and stop trying. Now who's gullible.
Got same message. They said that they were the IRS. They also called from (210)672-1019. Once at 2:40 pm, Again at 2:41 PM and Again at 2:42. I did not answer. No message left. Now if it was important enough to call me 4 times in a row, why would they not leave a message. SCAM ALERT!!
Call from this number with a recording of being chosen for an all exclusive package. Hung up and when I hung up it would not disconnect (they called me on a business phone). After hanging up 5 times, the call finally ended. SCAM!
My phone has a app that tells me scammer calls. Just had this number call me 3 times one right after another. On the third time I told them I was going to talk to them and to get a F**KING clue. I have had the IRS Scammers call me before and I almost fell for it. Not this time and they can all go to hell!
