They get local numbers to trick you into answering.

Keeps calling.  Have told the system over and over that this is not April Castillo's number but the system just reschedules another call.  Finally called them back and they wanted *my name* which I told them wasn't relevant and to delete the number.  The next time it calls I'm reporting them to the FTC for harassment.

I don't trust them especially when they are calling from a different country
