I received a text and it shows this number but shows business to be in Cleveland, OH...this is a San Antonio Area Code!!!!! This is the second SCAM I received...check phone numbers and report to police!!!
I got an email also with this number saying it was from CT I send a reply email for them to call my cell phone to arrange payment, then I discovered this after I sent the reply email. I call the number this morning and informed them that I called the loan people he said he represented and that they informed me that he was what they call the Indian Scam. He is the same guy pretending to be with Watson Associates, and other law organizations and with each different phone number that he uses he uses a different name and organization, but it is always the same guy with the thick Indian accent. Some of the other last names he has used are Anderson, Smith, Brown, even has used an Italian last name on one call. My advice, keep track of the emails and the phone numbers he uses and if he calls call him out. Let him know that you contacted the people you have the loan with (or suppose to have the loan with) and that these people have informed you that he is a fraud and that he is know as the Indian Scam and that he is the one that is under investigation that by law he is not suppose to give you 2 days notice that it is a written 5 day notice and a 30 days to clear the debt. I told him this but also informed him that the people I had the loan with informed me of him and not to give him anything that he is a scammer.
Received 2 e-mails from ACS Legal Group about a loan I do not have instructions to call "Mike Jones" legal consultant within 2 days Called and mike Jones hung up on me after I asked him for a validation notice of the so-called debt SCAMMER
