i have received 2 calls from this number...Wed 3/19 and today, Friday 3/21. First time is was an American lady named Jessica...today it was Elizabeth Walker. Both simply state a fraud case is against me and for myself or my lawyer to contact them back. No mention of my name/company they are associated with or anything. i called the number back from my office phone and the 1st time it went to a voice mail system and just now a man answered. I just hung up. I have a ringtone on my phone and I dont list my name.

I got a call from a Jessica Bradshaw. 210-812-4888, two days later. Same voice but she says Elizabeth walker 210-808-9186. Both messages say there is a fraud case against me. Didn't answer and will not call back.. Same voice different numbers same message.
I got a weird call from 210-807-9186 today (3/21) and yesterday (3/20).....some lady called Elizabeth Walker called up and said that some fraud case was file is against me and for myself or my lawyer to contact them back. No mention the name of the company, who they were associated with or anything like that
How does one block or report such calls----does Police take any action in case this is reported to them
I intend to report this to the Police right away---pls advise if that's the best thing on this

They called my best friend yesterday and today. Saying she was being charged with fraud because of a payday loan that she did not pay off. The bank account had been closed. The cash advance company they claimed to be from was everest cash advance. She called back several times and eventually got to speak to Bill Russell who said that she could avoid getting an arrest warrant if she payed right away. That they would fax her paperwork. I looked up Bill Russell on facebook and he's a car dealer/credit councelor/loan giver, though he said he was just passing on the information for the company I thought it was ironic that he gives loans. He had all of her personal information. He claimed he wasn't asking for money that he was from litigation inc., but when "they" told him they would drop charges if she sent the money she said he only put her on hold for less then a minute. Much to fast for him to contact a client.
