I had the same call just now to my work and cell phone. Travis Marshall is the name. States it from a payday loan which I never had. They are scam artists, they did this last year as well. I told them to contact my attorney and they hung up.
Received call from Adam West - claimed from William Davidson Law Firm - claiming someone is suing. Very rude and abrubt. Best advise = call and report to local authorities.
Yeah I called them back and said I call the cops and they hung up on meThey say if I pay the $500 I won't be sued and go to jail for 30 daysBut if you ask him what the right and Loan act is they don't knowBut a real lawyer would. That's the Act they have to contact you twice by letter before so any legal actions
Adam west called my work saying I was getting sued by william davidson law firm that I owed money from a unpaid loan that I had to pay $950 or I had to go to court and get fined 10, 000 I told them I could not pay and were trying to force me to ask family to pay them they were getting very angy at me because I was asking questions and they could not give me answers. I called back and asked them if they could tell me information aboug the loan and they said it was not provided so I hung up.
