Call from some guy at "BMS Google Certified Partner", which we all know is complete BS.  Google doesn't endorse these scammy shaddy operators.  Looked them up, they are an SEO business.  Person hung up when I started asking questions, going to file an FTC complaint for this one.  Caller said he was in a California office but they were obviously spoofing their number to look like they were in San Antonio.
