Who called from 2108237626

This number (210-823-7626)from San Antonio, TX called my cell but i did not answer the call. It went to voicemail and it said that this call was going to be $1.95 and $0.95 for additional mins. If i accepted the call to provide my credit card number! Wth is this about????  A few seconds later, my parents called.

This caller is a scam and it sounded just like my brother in law so I accepted the call then it just hung up
