Who called from 2108298154

I am getting calls from this number and this has been so bothering. I believe it is coming from T-Mobile Billing Dept or their 3rd party Collection Agency.

I believe that T-Mobile should be reported to the Attorney General of United States AND also should be reported to the local authorities.
