Someone from this phone number is calling my new cell phone.  They are either a scam, telemarketer, or maybe a debt collector trying to reach the person who had my cell phone number previously.

If they are reading this, please be advised that I am recording your phone calls and will use them as evidence against you someday, if you keep calling me.

I think they might be somehow related to another Texas number which has been calling me, too, and that number is (210) 226-4361, and supposed that is some motel or something in Texas.  

I sent them a fax telling them to stop calling me.  Their fax number seems to be:  (210) 226-6909.
