The number keeps calling me. They leave messages with are nothing but sounds. Finally after dozens of calls I called that number (blocked my number) and it says it is the number I have reached is no longer in service. I believe this is a person leaving this message not the telephone company. Then when I called the number without blocking my number it is a fax machine answering sound.
This number is a credit card collector playing games.
I got a call by this number several times. I don't pick up numbers I don't know. When I checked my messages I got this man's voice or 'note' (a low bass sound from an eletronic device) that then cut off after a second or less.
My guess someone is testing this phone number as a working number to sell to companies that buy working numbers.
